Lex Galaxy（法链星河）由李玲女士创立。
李女士现为意大利帕维亚高等研究院（IUSS Pavia）可持续发展与气候变化方向博士研究员，并荣获欧盟“下一代欧盟”（Next Generation EU）奖学金，研究方向涵盖比较法、国际投资法及欧盟绿色合规。
李女士拥有多元化的国际学术背景：她毕业于意大利博洛尼亚大学法学硕士（LL.M.，荣誉毕业），并曾获欧盟 Erasmus 奖学金赴瑞典斯德哥尔摩大学交流；此外，她还拥有四川大学法律硕士学位及西南科技大学管理学学士学位。
学术之外，李女士积极参与国际交流与社会实践，曾担任博洛尼亚大学学生大使，目前担任意大利艾米利亚-罗马涅大区国际人才大使。同时，她具备中国执业律师资格。
Lex Galaxy was founded by Ms. Ling Li.
She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Sustainable Development and Climate Change at the Scuola Universitaria Superiore IUSS Pavia in Italy and is a recipient of the EU “Next Generation EU” Scholarship. Her research focuses on comparative law, international investment law, and EU green compliance.
Ms. Li has a diverse international academic background. She earned an LL.M. with honors from the University of Bologna, Italy, including an Erasmus exchange at Stockholm University, Sweden. She also holds a Master of Laws from Sichuan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Southwest University of Science and Technology, both in China.
Beyond academia, she actively participates in international exchange and social initiatives, having served as a student ambassador at the University of Bologna and currently as an International Talent Ambassador for the Emilia-Romagna Region in Italy. She is also a licensed attorney in China.
